Cream and Almond Stuffed Dates

Give dates an extra special flavor this Ramadaan with almonds and cream!


  • Medjool dates
  • Almonds
  • Cream Cheese



  • Deseed the dates: With a sharp knife, cut a lengthwise slit on one side of each date, and remove the pits.
  • Next stuff the dates with Almonds: You can soak the Almonds in hot water for 10 mins, if you like to use them peeled.
  • Top with cream
  • Arrange on a serving platter and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Serve cool!
