• 450ml ginger ale or soda, chilled
  • 750ml apricot nectar
  • 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice



In a large bowl or pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, cranberry juice, apricot nectar and lime juice. Stir well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until chill.

Just before iftaar, stir in ginger ale/soda.

Place lime slices into glasses, and pour drink over the ice.
